Our Workshop is designed to provide learners with systematic overview of the core strategic and operational business attributes, as well as contemporary People Management practices. The aim of this course is to facilitate practical insights into the corporate and people management cycle in an interactive environment. The course outlines are systematically structured to accelerate participants learning curve and help them acquire higher levels of awareness about strategic business management in a people centric environment.

About the trainer
Mansour Al Baghdadi
It is two decades when Mansour started his HR management and organisational development journey to build his experience around the full cycle of strategic and operational practices and sharpen his competencies as a seasoned Trainer and Consultant to help organisations of all sizes and cultures in Oil & Gas, FMCG, education, financial services, NGOs and manufacturing sectors in the UK and Middle East. Mansour holds a Masters degree in Human Resources Management from Heriot Watt University-Edinburgh, and Advanced Diploma in HR Development from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, CIPD and titled as a Chartered Member, MCIPD.
