Dr. Fadi Sofi

Co- Founder, HRIS Consultant& Trainer

Dr. Fadi Sofi is an HR expert specializing in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and management. He has worked with London Business School, delivering HR and leadership training alongside his role as a Lecturer at the London School of Business Administration, where he designs CPD-accredited HRIS programs with a focus on experiential learning. Holding a Master’s from the University of Derby and a PhD from Cranfield University, his research explored HRIS adoption and managerial engagement. His academic expertise is backed by hands-on experience in HRIS implementation and HR analytics. Based between London and Vienna, Dr. Sofi conducts professional training in Strategic HR Management, Leadership, and Change Management.
