It is two decades when Mansour started his HR management and organisational development journey to build his experience around the full cycle of strategic and operational practices and sharpen his competencies as a seasoned Trainer and Consultant to help organisations of all sizes and cultures in Oil & Gas, FMCG, education, financial services, NGOs and manufacturing sectors in the UK and Middle East. Mansour holds a master’s degree in human resources management from Heriot Watt University-Edinburgh, and Advanced Diploma in HR Development from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, CIPD and titled as a Chartered Member, MCIPD. Based between London Mansour has been delivering consulting and training service in Strategic and operational HRM/D areas , Modern Leadership, and Change Management.

Dr. Fadi Sofi

Co- Founder, HRIS Consultant& Trainer

Dr. Fadi Sofi is an HR expert specializing in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and management. He has worked with London Business School, delivering HR and leadership training alongside his role as a Lecturer at the London School of Business Administration, where he designs CPD-accredited HRIS programs with a focus on experiential learning. Holding a Master’s from the University of Derby and a PhD from Cranfield University, his research explored HRIS adoption and managerial engagement. His academic expertise is backed by hands-on experience in HRIS implementation and HR analytics. Based between London and Vienna, Dr. Sofi conducts professional training in Strategic HR Management, Leadership, and Change Management.
