Mahnaz Aqrawi

Strategic Partner – Kurdistan Region, Iraq

An experienced HR professional across a various range of sectors, including education, NGOs, telecommunications, trading, and manufacturing. Over the years, Mahnaz helped organizations to  build their HR functions, shape people strategies, and support teams through growth and change.

She holds certifications in PHRi™, PMP®, and RMP®, which reflect her practical and structured approach to both people management and project work.

Alongside her professional roles, Mahnaz is also delivers career development trainings for job seekers and professionals—helping individuals navigate the job market with clarity and confidence.

Dr. Fadi Sofi

Co- Founder, HRIS Consultant& Trainer

Dr. Fadi Sofi is an HR expert specializing in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and management. He has worked with London Business School, delivering HR and leadership training alongside his role as a Lecturer at the London School of Business Administration, where he designs CPD-accredited HRIS programs with a focus on experiential learning. Holding a Master’s from the University of Derby and a PhD from Cranfield University, his research explored HRIS adoption and managerial engagement. His academic expertise is backed by hands-on experience in HRIS implementation and HR analytics. Based between London and Vienna, Dr. Sofi conducts professional training in Strategic HR Management, Leadership, and Change Management.
