Mansour Al Baghdadi

It is more than two decades when Mansour started his HR management and organizational development journey to build his experience around the full cycle of strategic and operational practices.  As a seasoned trainer and consultant, he has helped organizations of all sizes and cultures across the UK and Middle East—spanning oil & gas, FMCG, education, financial services, NGOs, and manufacturing—enhance their people strategies and performance.                                                              Mansour holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, and an Advanced Diploma in HR Development from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). He is a Chartered Member of the CIPD (MCIPD).

Mahnaz Aqrawi

An experienced HR professional across a various range of sectors, including education, NGOs, telecommunications, trading, and manufacturing. Over the years, Mahnaz helped organizations to  build their HR functions, shape people strategies, and support teams through growth and change.

Mahnaz holds certifications in PHRi™, PMP®, and RMP®, which reflect her practical and structured approach to both people management and project work.

Delivery Method

  • The course offers a mix of theories, case studies, and exercises to ensure that by the end, you are prepared to apply the acquired knowledge.
  • 3 months post training, all learners will be invited for refresher session to recap and discuss the applicable skills demonstrated in the real business world

Dr. Fadi Sofi

Co- Founder, HRIS Consultant& Trainer

Dr. Fadi Sofi is an HR expert specializing in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and management. He has worked with London Business School, delivering HR and leadership training alongside his role as a Lecturer at the London School of Business Administration, where he designs CPD-accredited HRIS programs with a focus on experiential learning. Holding a Master’s from the University of Derby and a PhD from Cranfield University, his research explored HRIS adoption and managerial engagement. His academic expertise is backed by hands-on experience in HRIS implementation and HR analytics. Based between London and Vienna, Dr. Sofi conducts professional training in Strategic HR Management, Leadership, and Change Management.
